KJV Alloy Conductors Private Limited — A Zetwerk Company

KJV Alloy Conductors Private Limited manufactures aluminium conductors, cables and wire rods for power transmission and distribution infrastructure. We serve electricity utilities, EPC and turnkey contractors, cable manufacturers and industrial customers across India and international markets.

Founded in 1987 by Mr. Jyotindra G. Patel, together with his family, KJV has built its business on technical expertise, dependable quality and long-term customer relationships. Over nearly four decades, we have expanded our manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio to meet the evolving requirements of the power sector.

In July 2026, Zetwerk acquired a majority stake in KJV, marking a significant milestone in our journey. The partnership brings together KJV’s manufacturing experience and customer relationships with Zetwerk’s manufacturing network, technology capabilities and global reach, supporting our next phase of growth.

KJV is professionally managed by a team of experienced leaders and specialists across manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance and commercial operations.

Under the leadership of Mr. Sahaj J. Patel, Managing Director, KJV continues to build on its founding values while strengthening governance, operational efficiency and product development as a Zetwerk company.

OUR MANUFACTURING JOURNEY

KJV began by manufacturing All Aluminium Conductors (AAC), Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR), and bare aluminium wires and strips. Over the years, our portfolio expanded to include All Aluminium Alloy Conductors (AAAC), Al59 conductors, other specialised overhead conductors and aerial bunched cables.

In 2009, we established our manufacturing unit at Borgaon, Madhya Pradesh, introducing backward integration through the production of aluminium and aluminium alloy wire rods from primary aluminium ingots. This integration strengthens control over material quality and supports reliable supply for downstream manufacturing.

In 2024, KJV commenced manufacturing High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) conductors, extending our capabilities into advanced transmission solutions. HTLS conductors support higher power transfer and the upgrading of existing transmission corridors, subject to project design requirements.

Today, our manufacturing operations at Nagpur, Maharashtra, and Borgaon, Madhya Pradesh, support a broad range of transmission, distribution and industrial applications.
