KJV is a professionally managed group in distribution & transmission sector involved in executing contracts for national & international power sector utilities & contractors. Since inception company has adopted professional management with ISO certification a team of highly qualified and experienced executives and a team of renowned consultants.

Management has over 30 years of experience in the Aluminum industry and their past track and ability to identify business opportunity will set the growth path on the fast track. The management and advisors have rich experience of more than three decades in the industry.

We started our operations with manufacturing AAC (All Aluminium Conductor), ACSR (Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced), Bare Aluminum Wire & Strips, Bare Aluminum Alloy Wire, in the year 1989. Subsequently we included AAAC (All Aluminium Alloy Conductor) & Paper Covered (Insulated) Wire & Strips to our product mix. Recently we have started manufacturing Al 59 Alloy Wire Rod and Conductor as well.

For the last three decades, we have been manufacturing these conductors (AAC – All Aluminium Conductor, ACSR – Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced AAAC – All Aluminium Alloy Conductor, ABC – Aerial Bunched Cable) for Distribution & Transmission power lines. We have supplied our products to major Electricity Boards and Turnkey Contractors of India as well as overseas. Our products covers entire Range of voltage & transmission lines suitable upto 765kV. We have also successfully exported our products under stiff global competition. In total we have manufacturing units at, Nagpur (Maharashtra) & Boregaon (65kms from Nagpur, in MP) with the annual production capacity of 24000MT PA.

We started our MP unit in year 2009 where we have started backward integration operations by manufacturing of Aluminium and its Alloys Wire rod of different Sizes (6.5/7.6/9.5/12.6mm) from Ingots (Primary Producers) by installing Rolling Mill of capacity of 24000MT PA. Currently we are supplying Wire rods to major cable and conductor manufacturers and steel plants. We are also supplying high purity wire rod upto 99.9% aluminium content.

Quality Assurance

We exercise rigid quality control at all the stages of the product manufacturing cycle. Our products have been approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (IS 398 Part 1, 2 & 4, IS 14255), and we have been licensed to put their mark on our products. Our products have also been tested and approved by various electricity boards and 3rd party inspection agencies like RITES, TATA PROJECTS & DGSND & international firms like SGS, INTERTEK, EIL etc. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified company ensuring quality end product.

All our products have been Type Tested in NABL accredited Laboratories – NTH, ERDA, CPRI as well as other government laboratories – TAG, MPLUN, NSIC.

We have State-of-the-art, well equipped, fully integrated manufacturing facility, experienced and technically sound professionals that ensures meeting customer deadlines. Continuous training and developmentis carried out for staff at all levels.

In the present scenario where everyone looks for outsourcing, we are cutting costs by Insourcing. We have well-equipped maintenance department which helps in better control of daily production and quality.
